Sales Development Representative (SDR) β High Ticket | Remote | Performance-Based

Integrated Wealth Systems is building a high-performance sales organization focused on helping clients implement advanced wealth strategies.
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is a critical driver of our revenue engine. This role is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and scheduling high-quality prospects for consultations with our senior team.
This is not a closing role. Your success is measured by your ability to generate qualified, high-intent appointments that convert into revenue.

β’ What Youβll Do:
β’ Contact and engage inbound leads quickly and professionally
β’ Qualify prospects based on: Income, business profile, urgency, readiness to move forward
β’ Schedule high-quality appointments for senior consultants (closers)
β’ Confirm appointments and ensure strong attendance (show rates matter)
β’ Maintain accurate CRM records and follow internal processes
β’ What You Wonβt Do:
β’ You will NOT be responsible for closing deals
β’ You will NOT pitch or negotiate offers
β’ Compensation:
β’ $100 per qualified appointment set
β’ 2% commission on closed revenue (after maintaining a 50%+ show rate)
Performance Standards:
β’ We operate a quality-first environment. SDRs are expected to:
β’ Book only qualified prospects (no padding numbers)
β’ Use approved scheduling tools and follow CRM protocols
β’ Execute a consistent confirmation process to drive attendance
β’ Maintain professionalism in every interaction
β’ What Weβre Looking For:
β’ Experience in sales, appointment setting, or call center environments preferred
β’ Strong communication and confidence on the phone
β’ Ability to qualify and control conversations (not just book blindly)
β’ Highly organized and process-driven
β’ Comfortable working in a performance-based compensation structure
β’ Self-motivated and accountable in a remote environment
