We’re a fast-growing SaaS company focused on making communication simple, efficient, and impactful for dealerships nationwide. Candidates in Florida or Colorado are preferred.

Position Overview:

We are seeking ambitious, motivated, and results-driven Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to help accelerate Volie’s growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in competitive environments, enjoys connecting with people, and wants to build a successful career in SaaS sales. As an SDR, you’ll serve as the first point of contact with prospective customers and play a critical role in generating pipeline and driving revenue growth. Candidates in Florida or Colorado are preferred. This is a 100% remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospect and engage dealership leaders through cold calls, email campaigns, social outreach, and strategic prospecting.

Identify customer pain points and uncover opportunities where Volie can provide measurable value.

Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives.

Develop strong knowledge of Volie’s products and effectively communicate our value proposition.

Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to improve outreach and conversion strategies.

Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline updates within the CRM system.

Consistently achieve and exceed activity, meeting, and pipeline goals.

Qualifications:

1–3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, prospecting, or related roles preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.

Self-motivated, coachable, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

Competitive mindset with resilience and a strong work ethic.

Experience with CRM platforms and modern sales tools is preferred.

Automotive industry or SaaS experience is a plus but not required.

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
