About the RoleAs an SDR at Dentistry.One, you’ll be on the front lines of our mission. You’ll connect with insurance companies, DSOs, FQHCs, public health organizations, and new partners who want to modernize dental care delivery and expand access.You won’t just generate leads — you’ll build trust, open doors, and lay the groundwork for partnerships that deliver measurable outcomes, improved health and better smiles for patients everywhere.Key ResponsibilitiesProspecting & Pipeline BuildingIdentify, research, and engage potential clients across commercial dental plans, Medicaid plans, DSOs, FQHCs, CHCs, Primary Care Groups, Public Health Clinics, and new discount plan partners.Use CRM tools and market research to build and maintain segmented prospect lists aligned with Dentistry.One’s strategic focus areas.Outbound Outreach & EngagementConduct proactive outreach via email, phone, social media (e.g., LinkedIn), and direct mail to generate qualified interest.Craft tailored messaging for each audience segment — highlighting value propositions such as after-hours care, medical-dental integration, ROI for plans, and improved access for underserved communities.Collaborate with Marketing to deploy physical outreach kits, QR-enabled materials, and pilot proposals.Lead Qualification & HandoffQualify inbound and outbound leads to ensure alignment with our ideal customer profile.Schedule high-quality discovery calls and demos for the Account Executive team.Maintain accurate lead data and track activities in our CRM (HubSpot).Collaboration & Continuous ImprovementPartner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships teams to align outreach with campaign goals, e-commerce launches, and bundled service offerings.Share market and prospect feedback to refine messaging and outreach tactics.Support Dentistry.One’s participation in relevant conferences, webinars, and industry events.Qualifications2+ years in sales, business development, or the dental/healthcare industry (experience with dental insurance or public health a plus)Confidence and resilience in outbound prospecting and initiating conversations with executive decision-makersExcellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to tailor messages to different stakeholders and draft proposals that resonate with identified opportunitiesTech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and sales engagement toolsStrong time management, organization, and a self-starter mindsetGenuine passion for digital health, access to care, and making a positive impact in oral healthcareWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary plus performance-based commissionsFully remote role (some travel for conferences or team events may be required)Health, dental, and vision insuranceGenerous PTO and company holidaysA mission-driven, collaborative culture where your ideas and impact matterClear paths for career growth within Sales, Account Management, and PartnershipsHow to ApplyReady to join a fast-moving team reimagining how dental care is delivered?
