They are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive pipeline through personalized outreach, shape team culture, and contribute to revenue goals.ResponsibilitiesWork directly with Account Executives to drive pipeline through personalized outreach to multiple stakeholders within Webflow’s key prospect accountsLead outbound prospecting efforts through various channels such as email, phone, and social media (must be comfortable with phone/Zoom calls)Qualify outbound leads, maintain active engagement with new and existing leads, identify new opportunities and engage potential clientsReceive coaching from your leadership team on calls, written communication and prospecting strategy in an effort to hone your sales skills and prepare you for future sales rolesEstablish rapport with all levels of buyers including senior executivesHelp create a database of CRM intelligence by consistently logging activities and keeping information up to date in SalesforceRefine our messaging and sales prospecting techniquesWork cross functionally with partners like Marketing & Ops to iterate process and ideas for successful lead generation campaignsBecome a Webflow product expert and convey our value proposition to potential customersTravel up to 15% - primarily for onboarding, industry events, and internal offsitesSkillsHave 1+ years of sales experience with a history of meeting quotas, driving high-volume lead generation and engaging potential prospectsDemonstrated track record of success in effectively developing and managing outbound pipelineGreat communicator with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple wayAre comfortable or eager to learn CRM and Sales engagement platformsAre a high energy individual with a strong desire to achieve top results with a dependable, positive 'can-do' attitude over the phone/video callsAre a team player with a proven ability to work cross functionally and deliver resultsAre excited to find success in ambiguity, and to contribute back to the larger organization on best practices and scaling successStay curious and open to growth — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI to unlock creativity, accelerate progress, and amplify impactBenefitsOwnership in what you help build.
