In this role, you will play a key role in promoting our cutting-edge technology and expanding our reach as a Sales Development Representative.ResponsibilitiesCold-calling into targeted accounts, lists or personally researched contacts within a specified region/market to uncover and qualify opportunitiesClearly communicating value proposition over the phone by thoroughly understanding Seismic’s products and business valuesIdentify client needs and develop positive rapport with both clients and the teamBuilding a network; research prospective clients through the use of web/social media, internal databases and external tools to identify leadsDocumenting client interaction and/or prospecting efforts through the use of a CRMEnsuring qualified leads meet quality standards and that channel partners actively engage in following up on these leadsPartnering and strategizing with Outside Sales to build pipeline and set monthly goalsNot settling for average, always striving to exceed quotaSkills6 + months of inside sales experienceHigh energy, enthusiasm, and ambition enable growth in one's careerPossessing excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailExperience with MS Excel, Word, and OutlookFamiliarity with CRM systemsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experienceExperience cold callingCompany OverviewSeismic is the global leader in AI-powered enablement, empowering go-to-market leaders to drive growth and deliver exceptional experiences.
