The Sales Development Representative will engage with potential clients, qualify opportunities, and drive deals from initial contact to contract. Accountabilities

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales cycle and building strong client relationships:

· Engage with prospects through high-volume outbound calls and virtual product demonstrations.

· Identify decision-makers, qualify opportunities, and overcome objections.

· Prepare and present quotes, negotiate terms, and close deals effectively.

· Follow a structured sales process while applying strategic thinking to adapt to client needs.

· Maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline activity in CRM systems.

· Collaborate with team members to share insights and optimize sales performance.

The ideal candidate combines sales experience with resilience, strategic thinking, and strong communication skills:

· Proven experience in B2B and/or B2C sales with a track record of meeting quotas.

· Skilled in cold calling, consultative selling, and virtual product presentations.

· Ability to handle high-pressure sales environments and multitask across multiple opportunities.

· Outgoing, self-motivated, positive, and ambitious with strong listening and persuasion skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and adaptability.

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).

· Comfortable learning quickly in a fast-paced, evolving sales environment.
