The Sales Development Representative (SDR) supports the Sales team by identifying, researching, and engaging prospective customers who may benefit from our solutions. This role focuses on learning our offerings, understanding customer needs, and creating qualified opportunities for the broader Sales organization.
This position reports to Sales leadership and works closely with Marketing and Revenue Operations.

ABOUT THE POSITION

RESPONSIBILITIES
Research prospective organizations and individuals to understand their needs and relevanceInitiate outreach through email, phone, and professional networking platformsAsk thoughtful questions to understand challenges and determine potential fitSchedule introductory meetings for the Sales team with qualified prospectsMaintain accurate and up-to-date information in HubSpot (CRM)Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to align on messaging and targetingFollow defined processes to ensure a consistent and positive prospect experienceLearn continuously through coaching, feedback, and training
REQUIREMENTS
Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally in writing and conversationComfort using data tools and AI-assisted research platforms (e.g., Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ChatGPT/Claude) to identify and qualify prospectsWillingness to learn and adopt new technologies that improve prospecting efficiency and personalizationAbility to organize tasks, manage time, and follow up consistentlyInterest in sales, customer engagement, or business developmentAbility to contribute meaningfully to a team environment
Nice to Have (not required):
Experience using a CRM or sales engagement toolsExposure to outbound communication, customer support, or related roles
