As an SDR Manager, you will be responsible for building, managing, and executing successful sales development programs for a diverse portfolio of clients, leading a team of Sales Development Representatives to achieve and exceed client goals.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary liaison between clients and demandDrive, managing expectations and ensuring alignmentCollaborate with the VP of Client Success on program strategy and implementation, ensuring alignment with client objectives and organizational prioritiesMaintain consistent internal communication regarding program progress, identifying areas where additional support or resources are needed to ensure successProactively address client concerns and develop strategies to drive their successProvide consistent coaching and mentorship to SDRs, utilizing internal sales coaching teams and AI role-playing tools to enhance performanceFoster a collaborative and accountable team culture that emphasizes continuous improvement and excellenceBuild and maintain high-quality prospect lists for Sales Development Teams by leveraging tools such as ZoomInfo, Cognism, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and custom research methodsDevelop and refine talk tracks, email templates, and SDR playbooks designed to maximize engagement and achieve high response ratesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure resources align with client objectives and industry best practicesDesign and implement reports and dashboards within various CRM platforms, primarily Salesforce (SFDC) and HubSpot, with the flexibility to adapt to others like Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, etcOversee CRM buildouts, including reporting and dashboard creation, to ensure seamless integration with client processes and transparency into our team’s activity and outcomesGenerate weekly and quarterly reports for clients, demonstrating proficiency in Word and Excel for professional formatting and presentationSkills1-3 years of experience directly managing/coaching Sales Development RepresentativesMust be able to commute to the Waltham, MA office for hybrid office daysBachelor's degree, preferably in a business-related fieldProven experience in sales development management, particularly within the technology sectorDemonstrated ability to lead and coach SDR teams to achieve high performanceStrong proficiency in CRM platforms, especially SFDC and HubSpot, with a conceptual understanding of building reporting and dashboards in others (ex.
