Sales Development Representative (Hybrid)
Accuris is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inbound Sales Development Representative (SDR) to manage inbound lead flow and bridge marketing-generated leads with the sales team. The role focuses on ensuring timely follow-ups, effective lead qualification, and nurturing prospects to impact revenue growth and enhance customer experience.ResponsibilitiesAct as the primary response mechanism for inbound demo and pricing requests, guaranteeing timely and thorough follow-up within 24 hoursMonitor and manage routing tables proactively, stepping in whenever automated processes fail or assigned sales reps miss lead engagementsUtilize Calendly proactively to schedule qualified meetings directly on AE calendars, especially as a fail-safe if leads surpass SLA response timesQuickly ramp to the ability to autonomously conduct initial qualification and discovery conversations, effectively assessing lead fit against predefined firmographic and behavioral criteriaPartner with Growth Marketing to design and execute persona-specific, contextually relevant outreach sequences for Tier 2 and Tier 3 leads, focusing on converting marketing engagement into sales-ready conversationsCollaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to refine messaging, ensure alignment, and optimize lead nurturing strategiesHelp maintain CRM hygiene and ensure detailed record-keeping for all prospect interactionsRegularly analyze sequence performance data, optimizing campaigns to improve conversion rates and prospect responsivenessDocument best practices around inbound lead qualification and persona-specific communicationSkills1-3 years of experience in SDR or similar inbound sales support roles within high-growth B2B SaaS companiesProven track record in managing and converting inbound lead volume effectivelyStrong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneouslyFamiliarity with advanced sales technology platforms including Calendly, Clay, Gong Engage, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsBenefitsMedical, dental, vision and life insurance plansPaid time offA generous 401k match with no vesting periodParental leave3 volunteering days each yearCompany OverviewAccuris is an engineering workflow solutions platform.
