Sales Development Representative - Demand Generation

They are seeking a Sales Development Representative - Demand Generation to generate new business opportunities and manage smaller transactional deals, focusing on prospecting and collaboration with sales and marketing teams.ResponsibilitiesProspect into Qt’s core industry verticals to build qualified opportunity pipelines across both new logo opportunities and expansion opportunities within existing accountsIdentify and engage key technical and commercial decision-makers within target organizationsQualify inbound marketing leads and determine fit based on project needs and development environmentConduct outreach through phone, email, and social channels to generate new opportunitiesRun structured discovery conversations to understand customer challenges and potential use cases for Qt solutionsPartner closely with Account Managers to transition qualified opportunities and ensure smooth handoffs for larger dealsSupport territory pipeline growth through proactive prospecting and account researchFollow up promptly on marketing-driven leads, event engagement, and campaign responsesProvide feedback to Marketing on lead quality, messaging effectiveness, and market engagementIndependently manage and close smaller transactional deals, including basic product discussions, pricing conversations, and contract executionDevelop foundational negotiation and closing skills while contributing directly to revenueMaintain accurate records of activities, opportunities, and account engagement in the CRMTrack pipeline development and report progress against activity, pipeline, and revenue targetsSkills0–2 years of experience in sales development, business development, or inside sales (experience in SaaS or developer tools is a plus)Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholdersComfortable with high-volume prospecting and outreach across multiple channelsOrganized and disciplined in CRM usage and pipeline trackingProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and OutlookA proactive, curious mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow in a sales careerBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or another related fieldBenefitsMedicalDentalVisionDependent careFlexible spending accountsPre-tax commuter benefitsLife insuranceAD&D401(k)Paid time off12 paid holidays each yearCompany OverviewQt Group is a global software company for developing mobile and desktop applications.
