WHO WE ARE

Cold Call Me is a certified HubSpot Solutions Partner and outbound lead generation agency. We embed experienced U.S.-based SDRs directly inside client accounts — running their outbound programs, building their pipeline, and booking meetings for their sales teams as a true extension of their organization.

WHAT THIS ROLE ACTUALLY IS

You will be placed inside one of our client accounts as a dedicated or shared SDR. You represent the client's brand and run their outbound program — prospecting, calling, and booking meetings on their behalf. Cold Call Me manages and supports you, but the client is who you are calling for every day.

Our clients are B2B companies in managed IT, healthcare, telecom, digital marketing, and more. Their buyers are busy executives — CEOs, COOs, IT Directors, VPs of Sales. You will be reaching these people cold and turning them into conversations. This requires experience, confidence, and genuine conversational skill. We are not looking for script readers.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Make 150 to 200+ outbound calls per day on behalf of assigned client accounts
• Reach C-suite, VP, and Director-level decision-makers through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn
• Qualify prospects against the client's Ideal Customer Profile in real conversation — no checkbox scripts
• Book discovery meetings and hand off to the client's sales team
• Log all activity and dispositions accurately in HubSpot CRM in real time
• Represent the client's brand professionally on every interaction
• Communicate with the client team and your CCM manager daily via Slack
• Attend weekly performance reviews with CCM leadership

COMPENSATION

Base Pay: $20 per hour.

Tiered Show Commission — confirmed meetings only, no-shows excluded:
• $25 per show — meetings 1 through 10 (Tier 1)
• $40 per show — meetings 11 and above (Tier 2 accelerator)

Example at target (80 hrs/mo, 15 shows): $1,600 base + $450 commission = $2,050/mo. Consistently strong performers with 20+ shows earn significantly more.

Base rate reviewed at 90 days and increases automatically as CCM grows its client base.

SCHEDULE
• Starting assignment: 20 hours per week, dedicated to one client account
• Full-time option: 40 hours per week available for experienced candidates
• Calling hours: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM in the client's time zone

WHAT WE REQUIRE

Non-Negotiable:
• Based in the United States
• Minimum 3 years in an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales role
• Demonstrated experience reaching C-suite, VP, or Director-level contacts through cold outreach
• Comfortable running executive conversations without a rigid script
• Consistent track record of booking qualified meetings month over month
• Ability to quickly adapt messaging and tone across different industries and client brands
• HubSpot CRM proficiency (or willingness to certify within 30 days)
• Professional home workspace and reliable internet connection

• You have booked meetings with executives who said no three times before saying yes
• You are genuinely curious about people and businesses — not just trying to hit a number
• You can hold a real back-and-forth with a skeptical VP without losing your footing
• People who have worked with you would say you are a natural on the phone

YOUR FIRST 90 DAYS
• Day 30: Client campaign live, first executive meetings booked, CRM fully compliant
• Day 60: Consistent meeting volume, client feedback positive, talk track refined
• Day 90: 15+ shows per month, rate review triggered, eligible for additional client assignments

GROWTH PATH

SDR → Senior SDR → Campaign Advisor → Account Executive

Top performers get first pick on premium client accounts and expanded hours. Senior SDRs take on more complex campaigns and guide newer reps. Strong long-term performers move into Campaign Advisor or Account Executive roles with additional commission structure.
