Sales Development Representative | Appointment Setter (Remote)

Adanax AI is hiring Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to connect with business owners, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for our digital strategy team. This is a performance-based role with real training, real leads, and real growth potential.
Compensation Structure
• $50 per qualified appointment set
• Hit 10 appointments per week → Earn $575 for the week
• Bonuses and incentives available based on volume and consistency
• Paid weekly, with opportunities for monthly accelerator bonuses
Note: Appointments must meet quality standards. Appointment payout may vary based on qualification and show-up status. Details discussed during onboarding.Responsibilities
• Call, message, and follow up with leads provided by our team
• Qualify prospects and schedule strategy sessions for our Account Executives
• Maintain detailed notes in our CRM (Adanax AI Suite)
• Attend daily team huddles and participate in weekly coaching calls
• Follow proven scripts and evolve with continuous training
Requirements
• Must be comfortable on the phone and with outbound communication
• Consistent availability during U.S. business hours (EST preferred)
• Reliable internet, quiet work environment, and a growth mindset
• Prior sales or appointment setting experience is a plus, but not required
