Sales Development Representative

They are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to generate and qualify leads, initiate outreach, and set appointments for the sales team to drive business growth.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and research potential clients (prospects) through various channels including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and prospect databasesUse tools like LinkedIn, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and other prospecting software to find leads and enrich dataConduct outbound calls and emails to engage with prospects, introduce our company’s solutions, and schedule appointments with Account ExecutivesFollow up on inbound leads from marketing campaigns or website inquiriesQualify leads by identifying the potential for a sales opportunity, based on criteria such as budget, authority, need, and timing (BANT)Use effective questioning techniques to understand client pain points and match the company’s product offerings to their needsSchedule meetings between prospects and the Sales Team to discuss how the company’s product or service can meet their needsProvide necessary information to the Account Executives to ensure smooth transitions for follow-up calls and sales presentationsMaintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and interactions in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)Track daily, weekly, and monthly outreach activities, meeting goals, and KPIsWork closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between sales and marketingShare insights and feedback from prospects with the sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve messagingSkills1-2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer service, preferably in a B2B environmentStrong background in B2B sales, lead generation, and CRM managementStrong communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to build rapport and engage prospectsFamiliarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)Excellent time management and organizational skillsSelf-motivated with a drive to achieve goalsResilience and ability to handle rejectionA proactive and goal-oriented mindsetStrong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred, though equivalent experience is also consideredCompany OverviewBrink’s, Incorporated is the world’s premier provider of secure solutions – including global transportation and storage for high-value goods, currency and coin processing, smart safes, ATM services, security services and advanced technology – that deliver critical business intelligence, improved productivity and enhanced protection.
