Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative will generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and outreach, supporting the Business Development team in qualifying potential clients and scheduling meetings.ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement to identify and engage prospective clientsProvide support to the Sales Development team with day-to-day requests, including lead qualification, outreach coordination, and meeting schedulingResearch target companies and key decision-makers within qualified organizations to support prospecting effortsInitiate and maintain communication with potential clients to introduce CTI’s services and generate interestGenerate new opportunities by educating prospects and partners on CTI’s services and identifying potential eligibility prior to scheduling meetingsMaintain accurate records of outreach activity and prospect interactions within SalesforceCollaborate with internal teams to support sales initiatives and pipeline developmentSupport reporting and tracking efforts related to outreach activity and referral engagementAdditional duties and responsibilities as assignedSkillsAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within a teamProven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, working effectively with minimal supervision, whether onsite, in a hybrid setting or fully remoteExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized and detail oriented with the ability to prioritize, plan, and organize activitiesProficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPointAbility to provide excellent customer service, including patience, a friendly attitude, empathy towards internal/external stakeholders, and with the appropriate sense of urgencyStrong problem solving and troubleshooting skillsStrong analytical skills and reasoning abilitiesFlexible and adaptable, willing to evolve and meet changing organizational needsCapable of handling sensitive data with confidentiality and discretionAbility to recognize when an incident needs to be escalatedThis role has access to sensitive information and is expected to adhere to all CTI, ISO 27001 and SOC2 policiesA willingness to learn and adapt to CTI's study process, quality control requirements, and management expectationsMinimum 1-2+ years' business-to-business sales experienceBachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or Advertising Sales preferred, but not requiredBenefitsCompetitive compensation and benefit packages including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short term disability, identity protection and 401(k) retirement plan.3 weeks paid vacation.8 paid holidays and week between 12/25-1/1 off with pay.12 weeks paid maternity and disability leave / 2 weeks paid paternity leave.Company OverviewCTI specializes in helping businesses take full advantage of the tax credits and incentives they’re entitled to receive.
