You'll strategically identify and research key decision-makers within healthcare organizations, pinpointing their specific challenges with manual data processes to show them the clear value of our AI solutionProactive Pipeline Generation: Be a true hunter. You'll drive new business by initiating personalized cold calls, crafting compelling emails, and using social selling to engage prospects and generate high-quality meetings for the sales teamIn-Depth Discovery: Lead insightful conversations with prospects to uncover their business needs and pain points, determining how our AI solution can solve their specific problemsStrategic Messaging: Develop and refine messaging that is tailored, compelling, and cuts through the noise to highlight our unique value propositionData-Driven CRM Management: Maintain a clean and accurate record of all activities in our CRM (e.g., Salesforce), using the data to inform your strategy and ensure a seamless handoverCollaborative Strategy: Work hand-in-hand with Account Executives to develop and execute account plans, ensuring a smooth transition for qualified leadsMarket Insight: Stay on top of industry trends, the competitive landscape, and new challenges in healthcare to continually refine your approachPerform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested.
