Sales Development Representative

The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for identifying high-fit accounts, crafting outreach, qualifying leads, and driving top of funnel volume to support the company's growth.ResponsibilitiesGenerate new revenue opportunities through inbound lead follow up, outbound prospecting, lead generation, and/or account management expansion effortsSupport execution of internal sales campaigns to drive campaign goalsAssist in executing marketing and lead generation campaignsConduct discovery calls to uncover pain points and ensure alignment with our value proposition using frameworks like BANT or MEDDPICCConduct highly targeted lead and account research to assist sales with outreach effortsAdhere to strict CRM hygiene requirements, ensuring all data is accurate for forecasting and activity trackingSkills8-12 months in a high-volume outbound environment (SaaS experience preferred)Strong skills within the modern sales stack (Salesforce, SalesLoft, Linkedin, ZoomInfo, etc)Ability to work in a collaborative in-office team environmentEqually comfort with small business leads and mid/VP-level corporate executivesAbility to simplify complex solutions and product offerings to prospect understandingOutstanding writing, editing, and formatting skillsProven organizational skillsHigh level of energy and enthusiasmBachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceEagerness to establish yourself in the entertainment technology industryHighly coachable and a desire to hone closing skillsKnowledge of music industry landscape a plusBenefitsBonus upon hireAdditional perks and benefits that contribute and complete our total compensation packageCompany OverviewLuminate is the world’s most trusted global data provider, unlocking entertainment’s most essential data.
