Sales Development Representative

About the roleWe are on an exciting journey to unlock productivity with our GoLinks Suite. As part of this product growth, we have opportunities for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who will partner with our Account Executives (AEs) to source and close SMB, mid-market, and enterprise-sized SaaS business opportunities. You will be responsible for owning the early stages of the sales process. This will require selling the value of our solution to top prospects by addressing their needs and demonstrating the benefits of GoLinks. What you’ll doCollaborate with Account Executives to qualify and pursue cold (and warm) opportunities and develop a strong demo pipeline using a variety of outbound methodsIdentify top prospects and leads through diligent market research and sharing market feedback with the teamProvide exceptional experience to prospects during the sales process Track, analyze, and refine ways to improve campaigns and the sales processRepresent GoLinks at events and conferences to network and establish leadsWho you arePrevious sales or customer-facing experience. You have previous hands-on experience in a sales or customer-facing role, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills. You can communicate clearly over email, by phone, and in person. Quick learner and highly adaptable. You have a strong interest in the tech industry and sales and enjoy learning about a new field and profession. You can pick up on new concepts quickly and are able to adapt easily to new processes and ways of thinking.Growth mindset. Bachelor’s Degree preferredPay Transparency The annual base salary range for this role is $45,000 USD, with uncapped commission and on-target earnings of $65,000 USD. As a remote-first company, we take a geographically-neutral approach to compensation and set our US range based on job function and level, regardless of location. GoLinks’ total compensation package for full-time employees includes equity, and extensive benefits and perks, as listed below. We can only accept US-based applicants at this time.
