If so, we want YOU to join our growing team at The Weaver Adjustment Group as a Sales Development Representative!Incumbent must pass background check and be able to be able to pass public adjuster licensing exam.What You’ll Do:

Initiate outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our services and generate leads.
Identify client needs and present our solutions clearly and confidently.
Build rapport with prospects and maintain a positive attitude, even in the face of challenges.
Set appointments for follow-up with our sales team.
Track and report on your daily call activity and lead generation results.

Excellent communication skills—you’re comfortable talking to strangers and can explain complex ideas simply.
Resilience and persistence—you’re not afraid of rejection and know that every “no” brings you closer to a “yes.”
Self-motivated—you take initiative and enjoy working independently to hit targets.
Experience in sales or customer service is a plus, but not required—we provide all the training you’ll need!
