You'll be the first point of contact with potential clients, building the foundation for successful partnerships.Your responsibilities will include:Manage all outbound prospecting and lead qualification activitiesCreate and optimize email sequences, call cadences, and social selling campaigns using best practicesConduct discovery calls to understand prospects' needs and evaluate opportunities (BANT methodology)Schedule product demonstrations between qualified prospects and Account ExecutivesTrack and analyze your activities to continuously improve conversion ratesCollaborate with our Marketing team to define outbound campaign messaging and target the right prospectsStay informed about industry trends and gather market intelligenceYou will work closely with our Account Executives and marketing team, contributing directly to Didask's growth. Your success will be measured through qualified opportunities generated and conversion rates.Required Profile :We're looking for a dynamic individual with proven sales abilities and strong communication skills:Initial experience as an Inside Sales, SDR, BDR, or in B2B prospectingStrong verbal and written communication skills to build and maintain relationships with prospectsOrganized and autonomous, with the ability to analyze and measure your actionsCollaborative mindset, comfortable with giving and receiving feedbackExperience with sales tools like HubSpot, Lemlist, SalesNavigator, Aircall...Natural curiosity and willingness to understand the subjects you discussInterest in pedagogy and e-learning is a plusFull French proficiency is required for this role Professional English requiredPackage and Benefits :Compensation:Annual compensation €35K-€40K at 100% of target (depending on experience), with uncapped variable compensation for exceeding targets.100% health insurance coverageMeal vouchersAdditional days off (RTT)Remote work allowance for optimal working conditionsWork Organization:Full remote possible (tax residence in France)Monthly meeting at Maison Didask (Paris)Annual seminar in attractive locationsRecruitment Process15-min qualification call and scheduling30-min interview with IS/SDR Team Lead (experience, motivation, cultural fit)30 min meeting with the 1 or 2 member of the teamJob offer Sauf mention contraire, toutes nos offres sont accessibles en télétravail complet à condition de travailler dans un fuseau horaire proche de celui de Paris et de disposer des bonnes conditions de travail (notamment connexion Internet).
