Sales Development Representative
Zscaler is an AI-forward enterprise focused on enhancing cybersecurity through its cloud-native Zero Trust Exchange platform. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to contribute to their sales pipeline and revenue growth by qualifying leads and scheduling appointments with decision makers. Responsibilities Researching and prospecting into organizations by emailing, calling, networking and other creative means to lead early stage pipelines Qualifying and scheduling well qualified appointments with main decision makers within global 2000 or "targeted" companies through inbound and outbound leads Utilizing the CRM to maintain accurate activity, contact, and account information of all customers and prospects Skills Bilingual in English and French Bachelor's degree or relevant experience Customer-oriented background (sales, support, or customer service) Skills in account development, opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call structure/control, or time and territory management Experience with CRM systems (preferably salesforce.com) Experience in an outbound-focused sales position Benefits Various health plans Time off plans for vacation and sick time Parental leave options Retirement options Education reimbursement In-office perks, and more!
