Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities Conduct account analysis to identify growth areas within existing contracts Track customer engagement and usage patterns to uncover scope expansion opportunities Collaborate with Sales Specialists to execute targeted upsell initiatives Use Salesforce and PowerBI to identify whitespace within accounts and regions Qualify opportunities through strategic client outreach and needs assessment Launch cross-sell campaigns to introduce new products and data solutions to existing accounts Manage inbound leads and conduct outbound campaigns to drive new business opportunities Qualify prospects, schedule discovery calls, and progress leads through the pipeline Use CRM and sales engagement tools to ensure consistent follow-up, pipeline hygiene, and accurate reporting Shadow live sales cycles across all stages from prospecting to proposal Contribute to demos, proposal creation, and contract execution as skills advance Develop commercial acumen through real-time interaction with clients and internal stakeholders Skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience Strong interest in financial markets, client engagement, and commercial career progression Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Proactive self-starter with resilience, intellectual curiosity, and growth mindset Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; experience with Salesforce is a plus Experience or internship in sales, client engagement, or financial services Familiarity with contract terms, pricing structures, or commercial processes Demonstrated resilience, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Curiosity and willingness to learn complex product offerings Benefits Health & Wellness: Health care coverage designed for the mind and body.
