Sales Development Representative

They are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to focus on lead generation and revenue growth, with opportunities for quick promotion for top performers. Responsibilities Identify and research potential customers within the residential construction industry, notably home builders and remodelers Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through outbound sales efforts Utilize various prospecting methods, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach Conduct high-volume cold calling to engage potential customers and schedule demos Effectively communicate our value proposition and address inquiries from prospects Consistently hit cold calling and demo setting activity metrics Qualify leads and understand their construction management software needs Schedule product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our software Follow up with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the funnel Work closely with the sales team to refine lead generation strategies and processes Collaborate with peers to drive continuous improvement and team performance Provide feedback to the product team based on customer interactions to help improve our offering Skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with potential customers Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a proactive approach to lead generation Actively seek feedback, quickly incorporating it and showing measurable growth Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced startup Quick learner with CRM software and sales tools Experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in B2B SaaS Interest in the residential construction industry Benefits Future equity at a fast-growing company Hybrid work environment in Washington, DC Career growth opportunity and autonomy Employer-sponsored health, dental, and vision plans with option to create an HSA Company Overview Ressio Software is a construction management software for builders, remodelers, and contractors.
