Sales Development Representative

Hyve Group is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team and drive lead generation efforts. The SDR will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and qualifying potential clients to support the sales pipeline. Responsibilities Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social media to generate leads and qualify potential clients Research and identify target prospects, developing personalized outreach strategies to drive engagement Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and effectively communicating our value proposition Maintain and update CRM records to track interactions, follow-ups, and pipeline progress Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine lead generation strategies and ensure alignment with company goals Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to optimize outreach efforts Skills Proven experience in sales development, lead generation, or a similar role Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence potential clients Proficiency in CRM software, email marketing tools, and social media platforms for effective outreach Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and contributes to collective success Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Preferably within the events industry Benefits Competitive commission structure Full benefits package to fit your needs Retirement plan with company match (401K) Generous PTO policy Hybrid work Company Overview Hyve Group is an organizer of international trade exhibitions and conferences, focused on connecting global businesses through events.
