They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to conduct prospecting activities, engage new prospects through various outreach methods, and support pipeline growth for Business Development Managers. Responsibilities Conduct prospecting activities to identify potential clients across multiple industries Perform cold outreach via phone calls, emails and Linkedin to engage new prospects Qualify leads by understanding client needs, business challenges and decision-making structures Schedule qualified meetings for Business Development Managers to support pipeline growth Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and target accounts Track outreach activities and maintain accurate records in the Salesforce CRM system Skills 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation or business development Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field Proven track record using a sales methodology to generate business lead, open doors and manage the sales cycle to contract signature Experience with outbound prospecting and CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) Benefits Personal days Extra holidays Half-day Fridays all summer long Excellent benefits package with 100% of employee benefits covered by the company Competitive retirement plan with employer contribution (RRSP) Company Overview Ayming specializes in operational consulting for social costs for taxes and financial.
