Sales Development Representative

They are seeking a Sales Development Representative who will generate qualified pipeline for the sales organization through strategic prospecting and lead qualification, while collaborating closely with Account Executives to drive sales opportunities.ResponsibilitiesDrive qualified pipeline growth through outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification across assigned target accounts and industriesExecute multi-channel outreach (phone, email, social) using structured cadences within a modern sales engagement platformPartner with Account Executives to define territory strategy, prioritize target accounts, and coordinate opportunity follow-upQualify prospects against established criteria to ensure strong Sales Accepted Lead (SAL) and SQL conversion ratesResearch accounts and leverage prospecting tools to identify new logo and cross-sell opportunitiesMaintain accurate activity tracking, lead management, and pipeline documentation in SalesforceConsistently meet or exceed defined performance metrics related to activity, opportunity creation, and pipeline contributionEngage decision-makers at multiple levels, including executive stakeholdersProvide feedback to Sales and Marketing on messaging effectiveness, campaign performance, and market insightsTake ownership of individual performance goals while contributing to overall team successOther duties as assigned and requiredSkillsBachelor's or Associate's degree preferred0-2 years' experience of relevant customer-facing, sales, business development, recruiting, hospitality, or other relationship-driven experienceDemonstrated drive to achieve measurable goals in a fast-paced, results-oriented environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage professionally across multiple channelsComfortable handling high-volume outreach and navigating rejection with resilience and professionalismDemonstrated curiosity about business challenges and a desire to continuously learn and improveHighly organized with strong time management and prioritization skillsCoachable, accountable, and motivated by performance-based successExperience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), sales engagement platforms, and prospecting tools is a plusBenefitsAnnual target bonus of $20,000Top-notch work environmentDevelopmental opportunitiesCompetitive total rewards packageCompany OverviewThe digital identity company for life- and mission-critical industries, simplifying secure access across hyper-complex ecosystems It was founded in 2002, and is headquartered in Waltham, Massachusetts, USA, with a workforce of 1001-5000 employees.
