Sales Development Representative
Jenn Nguyen and Friends is a fast-growing SaaS company focused on revolutionizing tax credits and incentives management. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive pipeline generation through outreach and lead qualification, collaborating closely with sales and marketing teams. Responsibilities Drive top-of-funnel pipeline by researching and identifying qualified prospects Conduct high-volume outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn to book qualified meetings Understand prospect needs and clearly communicate how our solution addresses them Qualify leads using frameworks such as BANT or MEDDIC to ensure strong handoffs to the sales team Partner closely with Sales and Marketing to align outreach strategy, optimize messaging, and share insights from the field Manage all outreach activities in HubSpot CRM, keeping data clean and current for forecasting and reporting Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve lead quality and sales enablement initiatives Skills 1-3 years of outbound sales experience, ideally in SaaS or B2B software Proven ability to manage high outbound volume and maintain energy, curiosity, and professionalism Strong communication skills comfortable building rapport quickly over the phone and email Experience using HubSpot (or similar CRMs) to track outreach and report on progress Familiarity with frameworks like BANT or MEDDIC for lead qualification Self-motivated, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment Based in the Los Angeles area and able to commute to the El Segundo office Open to early-career professionals or career changers eager to start their SDR journey with relevant transferable skills Benefits Health Dental Vision 401(k) Unlimited PTO Company Overview I am a born survivor who LOVES a challenge.
