They are seeking a competitive and driven Sales Development Representative to initiate conversations and engage prospective clients online, contributing directly to a growing sales team.ResponsibilitiesInitiate 100+ outbound conversations daily through Instagram and other digital platformsManage high-volume Instagram conversations generated through automation Tools (Manychat)Engage prospective clients using structured messaging frameworksQualify leads based on defined criteriaSchedule consultations for Business Development RepresentativesMaintain accurate records of outreach and activity within HubSpot CRMMeet and exceed weekly and monthly outreach and booking targetsCollaborate with marketing and sales leadership to improve messaging and conversion ratesFollow up consistently with prospects to increase booked call volume and show ratesSkillsBachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field (preferred)0–2 years of sales, marketing, customer-facing, or leadership experienceStrong written communication skills with attention to detailComfortable initiating conversations with new prospectsCoachable and open to feedbackSelf-motivated and able to manage activity in a metrics-driven environmentExperience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred but not required)Based in or able to commute to Jupiter, FL (or South Florida remote with occasional in-person meetings)BenefitsHealth insuranceLife insurancePaid time offDental insuranceVision insuranceRegular team events at travel destinationsCompany OverviewWe are a CPA firm with a focus on helping small business owners KEEP as much of what they MAKE as possible.
