They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to own outbound prospecting, follow up on leads, and collaborate with teams to drive results.ResponsibilitiesOwn outbound prospecting β Cold calls, LinkedIn messaging, emails, phone, text, and social media outreach β whatever it takes to connect and convertFollow up on inbound leads β Speed to lead is the biggest factor in inbound conversion ratesFill the pipeline β Identify and generate new leads to build a rock-solid sales funnelQualify like a pro β Ask the right questions, dig deep, and uncover real opportunitiesCollaborate with the team β Work closely with sales, product, support, and design teams to understand our solutions and drive resultsLeverage data to win β Maintain accurate records, analyze key metrics, and adjust strategies to maximize successHit and exceed targets β Meet or beat your quarterly goals for held Discovery and Demo meetingsSkills0-2 years of business development or sales experience (bonus points for SaaS, Incentives, Martech or B2B sales)Strong communication and relationship building skills, you know how to connect and engageResilience.
