Sales Development Rep

Our client, a rapidly expanding FinTech company, is looking for a dynamic Sales and Business Development Representative (SBDR) to drive revenue growth and build strong client relationships. This role is focused on generating new business, qualifying leads, and engaging with potential clients to understand their needs and connect them with the right solutions. The SBDR will play a key role in expanding the client base, ensuring a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities, and contributing to the companys overall growth. Success in this role relies on effective communication, a strategic approach to lead generation, and a strong understanding of client needs and goals.What You Will Do Generate and qualify leads through research, outbound calls, email, social media, and networking.Own the full sales cycle for select prospects based on scope and revenue potential.Engage early stage prospects, assess needs, and document details in HubSpot.Build strong knowledge of the companys products, services, and value proposition.Maintain consistent outreach to prospects who are not ready to move forward and keep them engaged.Support the sales team with materials and presentations when needed.Produce reports and updates from HubSpot to track progress and pipeline activity.What You Bring Strong time management, organization, and independent work habits.Proven experience in sales development and lead generation.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Experience with CRM platforms.Collaborative mindset and strong listening skills.Goal driven with a record of high performance.Success in a fast paced, high pressure sales environment.
