As a Zoho authorized partner, we help clients scale operations and leverage technology to drive revenue growth. We are seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial Sales Consultant to drive new business opportunities. You’ll engage with commercial real estate firms, operators, and service providers to understand their operations, technology challenges, and business goals while delivering high-value solutions. Responsibilities: • Identify and engage prospective commercial real estate clients and professional service partners • Conduct discovery conversations to understand operations, bottlenecks, and technology needs • Collaborate with the Founder and consulting team for solution scoping and proposals • Maintain consistent follow-up cadence and pipeline visibility • Attend networking events, industry conferences, and professional association gatherings (as available) • Reach out to prospects via email, SMS, LinkedIn, calls, and virtual conferences • Log and manage all interactions and data inside Zoho CRM Compensation: • 100% commission + monthly bonus structure • 20% commission on every closed deal, with tiered bonuses for high performers • High-value projects ($10,000–$100,000+) with opportunity for recurring revenue • Access to marketing materials, demo systems, and AI solutions to support your sales efforts • Opportunity for Base + Commission after a short period with proven results Job Type: Full-time Pay: $60,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
