Duties

• Develop and execute marketing plans to attract new franchise partners and customers, utilizing digital channels and community outreach
• Manage client relationships with exceptional customer service, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term loyalty
• Navigate real estate laws, fair housing regulations, and property management standards to ensure compliance in all transactions
• Conduct property tours, facilitate franchise onboarding processes, and support administrative tasks related to franchise operations
• Collaborate with team members across departments to coordinate sales efforts, organize events, and streamline workflow processes
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, legal documentation, and compliance reports
Experience
• Proven experience in negotiation, sales, or customer service roles that demonstrate strong communication skills
• Familiarity with marketing strategies and digital outreach tools preferred
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued for engaging diverse communities effectively
• Knowledge of fair housing regulations, real estate law, or property management practices is a plus
• Strong organizational skills with experience in administrative tasks or real estate administration preferred
• Previous exposure to property management or real estate administrative experience will enhance your success in this role
• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—are essential for building relationships and closing deals
