Furthermore, we bring efficiency to labs worldwide through a complete range of laboratory systems based on a technology commonly recognized as the gold standard.OverviewThe Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and implementing growth strategies in the field of allergy and autoimmune diagnostics. The role combines classic business development with market development tasks, including the analysis of market potentials, the development of new diagnostic pathways, and influencing relevant stakeholders in the field of allergy and autoimmune diagnostics.Location: Ideally based in West-Germany, Hamburg or Munich.Core objectives of the roleIncrease test use and market penetration through strategic development projects.Prioritization and expansion of key accounts.Modify existing diagnostic pathways in collaboration with laboratories, primary care providers, KOLs and healthcare networks.Establishment of new business areas and development of long-term partnerships.Duties and responsibilitiesStrategic market and business developmentConducting detailed market and competitor analyses to identify new trends, growth opportunities and diagnostic usage potentials.Development and implementation of strategies to open up new markets and customer segments.Initiation of new business models or services through changed testing behavior or new diagnostic paths.Stakeholder & Laboratory Network ManagementEstablishing, maintaining and strategically developing relationships with laboratories, GP networks, and other stakeholders in the healthcare sector.Collaborate with Key Opinion Leaders to drive pathway change and optimize diagnostic care.Regular participation in meetings, conferences and networking events.Project & Program ManagementManagement and implementation of market development projects including strategic initiatives.Close coordination with laboratory account managers, marketing, medical affairs and health economics.Monitoring of defined KPIs and preparation of reports for internal stakeholders.Business Development ExecutionCreation of business cases, offers and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.Support for the introduction of new products, services or partnerships.Participation in trade fairs and conferences for the active representation of the company.RequirementsProfessional QualificationsDegree in economics, natural sciences or health sciences or a comparable qualification.Min 5 years of experience in business development, Pharmaceutical (experience with GP’s wished), sales, product management or key account management – ideally in the healthcare or diagnostics market.Proven successful sales experience with strong project management skills.Knowledge of CRM systems, MS Office and ideally analysis tools.Personal skillsStrong communication and negotiation skills as well as excellent networking skills.Analytical, strategic and entrepreneurial thinking.Proactive, solution-oriented and independent way of working.Team orientation, cross-departmental cooperation and a confident appearance.We offerA position of responsibility with a direct impact on the company's growth and diagnostic care.Scope for your own ideas and initiatives.Dynamic, professional and science-oriented working environment.Further training opportunities as well as professional development prospects.Attractive compensation package including performance-related bonuses, company car, private health insurance and access to a flexible benefits program.Benefits:We offer competitive remuneration, annual incentive plan bonus, healthcare, and a range of employee benefits.
