POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a reliable laptop, cellphone, and internet connection
Practical experience regarding basic computer skills, including attending Zoom meetings, setting up email accounts, using google calendar to stay organized, using google drive, etc..
No prior felonies are allowed in this industry
College students are not recommended to apply

INDIVIDUAL FUNCTION STATEMENT: " At Prosperity Partners, we are financial house inspectors. I find and provide customers top notch financial education and our fully licensed advisors provide the plans that suit their needs, from over 100 financial companies across North America,
JOB GOALS:
Within the predetermined amount of part-time hours either 5-10 or 10-20 hours per week your goal is to find and help people in hot and warm markets build their financial house for the first time, or fix the one they have.
In 6-8 months, acquire your financial licenses - Insurance, investments, and mortgages
CORE PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
CLIENT SCOUT:
Network with hot, warm, and cold lists
Utilize various marketing methods to attract clients
Set appointments - no quotas
Follow up with set appointments
CLIENT SHEPHERD
Supreme client communications
Making sure clients are fully informed and feeling great about their decisions
90 day follow ups and annual reviews
TEAM BUILDER
Celebrate yours and others accomplishments with our team
Recruit and train members of your own team (Optional)
Lead your team with the help of your mentors (Optional)
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Part-time employment; 5-20 hours per week: Build income while you work your current job.
