In this role, you will own relationships with small and mid-market prospects, managing the full sales cycle for accounts up to 300 employees and supporting RFP responses for organizations up to 3,000 employees. You are a self-starter who is comfortable owning a deal from first touch to close, while also collaborating with the broader Sales team on larger opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesRFPs for Small & Mid-Market ProspectsOwn the end-to-end RFP and RFI response process for prospects up to 3,000 employeesComplete security questionnaires, vendor assessments, and procurement forms accurately and on timeCoordinate with internal stakeholders (Product, Legal, Security) to gather and verify required informationMaintain and contribute to a shared library of standardized RFP responses and approved contentTailor responses to each prospect's specific requirements, industry context, and evaluation criteriaFull Sales Cycle for Small Prospects (up to 300 employees)Manage the complete sales cycle — from prospecting and discovery through demo, negotiation, and close — for accounts up to 300 employeesConduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social channels to build and maintain a healthy pipelineRun discovery calls to understand prospect pain points, workflows, and decision-making processesDeliver tailored product demonstrations that speak directly to each prospect's needsDevelop and present proposals, handle objections, and drive deals to closeMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all pipeline activity and deal progress in the CRMEnsure a smooth handoff to the Customer Success team at deal closeGeneral Sales ResponsibilitiesQualify inbound leads and route Enterprise opportunities to the appropriate Account ExecutiveCollaborate with marketing on campaign follow-up and lead conversionMeet and exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline and revenue targetsShare market and competitive insights gathered from prospect conversations with the broader teamContinuously develop product knowledge to credibly represent our solution across a variety of use cases
