Sales Assistant (Remote)

Maid in Michigan is a local residential cleaning company looking to grow our team by recruiting positive people who want to make a difference! We are looking for an experienced virtual sales assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, and has some sales experience. This position is part time and will be responsible for fielding new customer phone calls, reaching out to online leads, and booking new customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
· 15-20 Hours per week
· 16$ per hour

· Yearly performance evaluation and opportunity for growth
· Weekly Pay (Direct Deposit)
· Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-1:00 pm- No nights or weekends
· Six national holidays off
Position Requirements
High School Diploma or GED is required.
Proven experience in assistant or administrative role.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must have a confident, clear speaking voice.
Comfortable using technology, experience using CRM or scheduling software is preferred. Proficiency in basic computer applications is required.
High level of professionalism and cooperation is required.
Familiarity with the cleaning industry is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Manage incoming sales calls professionally and efficiently, assisting customers directly or passing customer to management for further assistance. (Either phone or online inquires)
· Follow up with and manage all new leads according to business timeline.
· Preparing and sending estimates for services to potential customers.
· Booking and scheduling new customers.
· Additional administrative assistance as needed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 20 per week
