In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating various paid services, events, and classes that enhance the customer experience. You will also support the implementation of loyalty programs that encourage customer retention and satisfaction. Cash handling will be a key part of your duties, ensuring that the checkout process is smooth and efficient for all clients. Additionally, you will educate your team on service offerings and customer experience best practices, fostering a knowledgeable and customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in retail sales and service, preferably in a coordinator role. Flexibility in availability to work during peak retail hours is also required, along with consistent and reliable attendance.
