Sales and Customer Service Representative - Work from Home

The Sales and Customer Service Representative will assist clients with booking travel and selling vacation products through various communication channels including calls and chat. Responsibilities Our Travel Guides will initiate outbound calls and/or receive inbound calls and chat/email and SMS communication to various clients We assist clients in booking all aspects of travel (i.e. hotel, car, etc.) while selling vacation products and services Skills High School Diploma or GED required Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Must have strong communication and problem-solving skills Intermediate computer skills including internet navigation ability is a must Quiet workplace free of noise and distractions Dedicated high speed internet connection (DSL, Fiber, or Cable only – no satellite or cellular 5g).
