The role involves managing customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring accurate data entry into the CRM system.ResponsibilitiesSupport with managing individual team’s inbox to ensure timely response to inquiriesReceive, process, and confirm customer purchase ordersEnter sales orders accurately and efficiently into the CRM systemCollect and verify detailed end-user information for each orderHandle FCC Authorization Forms for US-based ordersPartner with Senior Sales Administrators to manage the complete order lifecycle from receipt to fulfillmentCommunicate with customers via email and phone to address inquiries and provide updatesServe as a liaison among various departments, including finance, shipping, and supply chainProvide customers with timely updates on the status of their ordersManage customer requests for order modifications or cancellationsEscalate high-priority tasks to senior staff with analysis and recommended actionsAssist with any other ad-hoc task assigned by leads/managers to support the team as necessarySkillsHigh school diploma or GEDMinimum 1 year of relevant experience supporting a sales team in a tech-related or manufacturing fieldBasic experience or exposure to CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, etc.) for managing and tracking customer and sales dataProficiency in numeracyPrior experience in a fast-paced office environment, experiencing multiple deadlinesHighly proficient in Google Suite and MS Office (Gmail or Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Excellent and effective oral and written communicationMust be a U.S. Citizen due to clients under U.S. federal contractsAll employment is contingent upon the successful clearance of a background check and drug testingDemonstrated critical thinking, initiative, and problem-solving capabilitiesAccurately follow instructions and confidently improvise in even the most ambiguous situationsPossess a keen attention to detail, with the ability to be accurate, flexible, and reliableCompany OverviewSilvus Technologies develops advanced wireless MIMO mesh networks for military, public safety, and broadcast communications.
