You’ll build lasting client relationships, support complex cases and trials, and help ensure retention and satisfaction by providing white-glove service and operational support to our field sales teams. This is an ideal role for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives on client engagement and collaborative problem-solving.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the sales team with large cases and trials by ensuring superior client service throughout the engagementProactively assist clients when Client Executives are in the fieldCollaborate with Client Executives on account strategies and relationship developmentDevelop deep knowledge of Esquire’s services to match solutions to client needsBuild and maintain excellent relationships with clients and internal stakeholdersProvide timely pricing, scheduling, and cost estimatesHandle client onboarding, training, and general inquiriesFacilitate internal coordination for smooth service deliveryResolve escalated client issues and disputes professionally and efficientlyStreamline internal ticketing processes and support billing accuracyAssist with payment issue resolution and help reduce outstanding receivablesPerform other duties as assignedWhat You’ll NeedSkills: Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills; highly organized and detail-oriented with a client-first approachExperience: 3+ years in customer service, account management, or sales support—experience in litigation or court reporting preferredTechnical: Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with internal systems and platformsEducation: High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree preferredAttributes: Dependable, adaptable, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentWhat Success Looks LikeAccurate and timely management of client inquiries and case coordinationEffective handling of special operations, including trials and complex litigationProactive communication that reduces disputes and enhances client satisfactionDemonstrated contribution to client retention and gross profit growthWork EnvironmentThis is a remote-based role with virtual collaboration across internal teams, occasional travel to client sites, and participation in client-facing activities.
