Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment, which includes over 250 users.
• Handle essential administrative functions such as user account maintenance, report and dashboard creation, workflow management, and other routine tasks.
• Assist in training new users to enhance the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization.
• Manage the Salesforce.com data feed and other integrations.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards.
• Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to evaluate the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com, as well as on all upstream and downstream applications, systems, and processes.
• Ability to build custom applications and objects, create formula fields, design workflows, establish custom views, and develop other content of moderate complexity.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or related field or equivalent years’ experience.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator required
• Salesforce.com Administrator Preferred - (certifications in ADM201 and ADM211 are a plus).
• Service Cloud and Education certifications are preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present data and communicate with both business and technical teams.
• Excellent project management skills and a positive attitude.
