This role is ideal for an experienced Sage 100 professional who enjoys working directly with clients, leading implementations, solving complex business problems, and delivering high‑quality ERP solutions across a variety of industries. As a senior consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor to clients, owning project delivery from discovery through go‑live and post‑implementation support. You will collaborate with functional and technical consultants while mentoring junior team members and contributing to the growth of our Sage practice. Responsibilities:
Lead and deliver Sage 100 implementations, upgrades, and optimization projectsConduct business process reviews, requirements gathering, and gap/fit analysisConfigure Sage 100 modules including Financials, Distribution, Manufacturing, and Job Cost (based on experience)Perform data migration, testing, and validationDeliver end‑user training, documentation, and knowledge transferTroubleshoot and resolve complex functional and system issuesServe as a primary client contact, providing strategic guidance and best practicesSupport pre‑sales activities including solution design, estimates, and demos as neededMentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge sharingMeet utilization targets and complete project documentation and timesheets accurately
Qualifications:
5+ years of hands‑on Sage 100 consulting experienceBachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.Proven experience delivering ERP implementations in a consulting environmentStrong understanding of accounting and operational workflowsExperience working directly with clients in a billable, client‑facing roleAbility to independently manage workstreams and multiple prioritiesExcellent communication, presentation, and problem‑solving skillsU.S. work authorization requiredWhy Rand Group?
