You will need to have the ability to provide accurate information and resolve any issues that may arise. We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about travel and who is motivated to help our clients have the best possible experience.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Recommend appropriate travel solutions based on the customer’s needs and preferences.

Process bookings using Sabre GDS.

Provide accurate information regarding travel schedules, fares, hotels, and other related services.

Resolve any customer issues or complaints regarding their travel experience.

Work with the latest technology to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Utilize excellent problem solving skills to identify and address customer needs.

Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism at all times.
