SaaS Onboarding Engineer

The SaaS Onboarding Engineer ensures new customers are successfully set up and configured on our SaaS platform, enabling a smooth transition to operational use. They guide customers through technical onboarding, integrations, and best practices to ensure a quick and effective go-live. Your Main Responsibilities Coordinate and manage SaaS onboarding activities for new clients (Direct and FIS) in the ETL process, ensuring timely execution of tasks across infrastructure setup, data file processing, data analysis and ingestion. Perform and support data analysis and validation tasks : Support the team with onboarding data analysis tasks. Gather and analyze large datasets to find patterns and identify potential gaps. Perform ad-hoc analysis and data investigations to answer data related questions. Track all project activities in Jira, ensuring updates, communication, and ownership is maintained consistently throughout the onboarding process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams Closely work with cross functional teams((Product, Customer Success, SaaSOps) to onboarding new clients analyze datasets. Support in refining onboarding documentation and runbooks as processes evolve. Provide coverage or support for other onboarding team members during absences or peak load. Your Professional Profile Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar field This role is open for freshers and does not require work experience. Any experience in the following areas is a plus (can be from work experience but also from school or personal projects): Implementation, onboarding, analyst or technical project coordination Apache Nifi for ingestion SQL and/or other query languages Jira, Confluence, SFTP, data validation tools or cloud infra operations Working with runbooks, ticketing systems, and technical file processing workflows Data ingestion, validation and file transfer protocols Your Superpowers Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences Detail oriented with a strong focus on data accuracy and quality Ability to work independently and collaboratively Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights Fluent oral and written mastery of English required.
