Role Summary

We’re hiring an experienced Account Executive to own the full sales cycle—from outbound prospecting and discovery to proposal and close. This is a high-output, accountability-heavy role selling premium coaching services to serious buyers (primarily founders and C-level execs).

We are not looking for order-takers. We are looking for sales professionals who understand how to qualify, lead strategic sales conversations, and close consistently in a B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the Full Sales Cycle: From initial outreach through signed agreement.
• Outbound Activity: Engage leads via cold email, LinkedIn, and calls; follow up persistently and professionally.
• Conduct Strategic Discovery: Uncover real business problems, quantify them, and position our solution accordingly.
• Pipeline Management: Keep your pipeline current, organized, and forecastable inside the CRM.
• Hit Metrics: Weekly and monthly expectations are tracked across activity, show rate, and revenue closed.
• Refine Sales Process: Learn from performance data and feedback to improve continuously.
• Client Profile Mastery: Understand SaaS business models and the pain points of scaling to better advise and close founders.

Qualifications
• 2–5 years of B2B sales experience (preferably in SaaS, business services, or consulting)
• Strong consultative sales skills; you should be able to lead high-trust conversations with executives
• Proven history of closing $10,000+ deals in a short-to-mid sales cycle (14–28 days typical)
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and process execution
• Self-directed and accountable to performance without constant supervision
• Comfortable using modern tools: CRM (HubSpot, Close, Salesforce), email automation, Zoom, Slack, etc.
• Compensation Structure
• Base Salary: $48,000/year
• Commission: 10% of all closed revenue
• Average Deal Size: ~$30,000
• Expected OTE (On-Target Earnings): $110,000–$150,000+ for consistent performers
• No cap on commission
