We are a nonprofit, community-based healthcare provider serving rural northern Maine, operating a network of health centers across Aroostook, Penobscot, and Piscataquis counties, delivering care to more than 20,000 residents-many in underserved or remote areas.
About the Opportunity:
ā¢ Total outpatient
ā¢ Monday-Friday work week
ā¢ Patient-centered medical home
ā¢ On-site pharmacy
ā¢ Services include physical and occupational therapy, chiropractic, massage, optometry, dental, and acupuncture
ā¢ Staff include MDs, NPs, and PAs, Social workers, and strong support staff
ā¢ Athena EMR
ā¢ Manageable patient census
ā¢ Robust salary compensation with a full benefits package

ā¢ Located along the Canadian border, it sits roughly 90 miles north of Bangor and functions as an important gateway between the United States and Canada via Interstate 95.
