We develop solutions to streamline the Prior Authorization and Benefits Verification processes, ensuring that patients get the care they need, when they need it. Our ability to collect, organize and analyze vast amounts of data has allowed us to drive price transparency and improve access to care for millions of people. We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help us in that mission. If youre someone who loves technology and wants to help us fix U.S. healthcare, wed love to talk.
As a Senior Software Engineer, youll be responsible for designing, building, troubleshooting, maintaining and optimizing complex health tech systems at scale.
Youll work closely with members of our Product and Engineering teams as you actively participate in
Planning
Product Design
System Architecture
UI/UX Design
Software Engineering
Automation, including the use of Robotic Process Automation, Conversational AI and OCR/DU.
Automated Testing
Database Design
3rd Party Integrations (Vendors/Customers)
Development of Proof of Concepts
Exceptional Customer Support
Skills And Experience
Ruby on Rails (3+ years)
React (1+ year)
MySQL (2+ years)
AWS (1+ year)
Git (2+years)
The ability to work collaboratively as a part of a remote team.
Design and Architecture Experience
Object Oriented Design Patterns
S.O.L.I.D. Design Principles
Agile/SDLC experience a plus, including experience with Jira or similar Project Management tool.
Snowflake experience a plus.
Python experience a plus.
Tableau or similar business intelligence platform experience a plus.
Startup/healthcare experience a plus.
