Route Delivery Driver

DeConna Ice Cream is seeking a dedicated Route Delivery Driver to join our team for our Tallahassee Florida area. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering goods to various locations efficiently and safely. Excellent customer interaction with safe and courteous driving skills is a must. A solid background in Route Delivery is preferred. A clean motor vehicle record is required for this position. This is a preset Delivery Route to c-stores, schools, and other area business. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

DeConna is a drug free work environment, a drug test will be required. Also, a background and MVR check.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport goods along assigned routes
- Load and unload products from the vehicle
- Follow the planned routes for timely deliveries
- Ensure all deliveries are accurately documented and signed for by the recipient
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks

Skills:
- Experience with refrigerated and perishable goods
- Knowledge of warehouse operations to facilitate loading procedures
- Prior experience in route driving and delivery services

Pay: $40,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
