About the position

As a Room Attendant for High Hotels Ltd., you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and service standards of the hotel. This role involves cleaning guest rooms and common areas, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and supporting various housekeeping tasks. Room Attendants will work in different areas of the housekeeping department, including laundry and common area cleaning, while adhering to brand standards and COVID-19 cleaning protocols.

Responsibilities
? Cleaning the guest rooms and common areas according to brand standards in the allotted amount of time
,
? Vacuuming carpet and furniture
,
? Cleaning and dusting furniture
,
? Cleaning kitchenettes and washing the dishes in suites
,
? Changing bed linens
,
? Cleaning the guest room bathroom
,
? Cleaning high touch areas of the hotel to meet brand COVID-19 cleaning standards
,
? Assisting in the laundry room: washing, drying, folding, and sorting laundry
,
? Maintaining the linen cart and ensuring supplies are neatly organized
,
? Ensuring the security of guest rooms and privacy of guests

Requirements
? A high school diploma or general equivalent (GED) preferred
,
? The ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
,
? The ability to lift, push, or pull up to 20lbs
,
? The ability to work in both a team environment and independently
,
? Availability to work weekends and holidays is required
