Manage records and files, both physical and digital
Provide exceptional support to our operations team
Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless data entry
Develop and maintain reports and spreadsheets to track key metrics
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
2-5 years of experience in data entry or a related field
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
