Roblox Animator

CayPlay Studios was co-founded by YouTuber Caylus (60M+ subscribers) and focuses on building games that are fun, chaotic, and community-driven. Our studio released WaterPark Simulator on Steam, which has sold nearly half a million copies and continues to grow. On Roblox, our game DUMP has already built a massive player base. We’re expanding quickly and looking for a full-time animator to help bring our next wave of projects to life. Role Overview: We need someone fast, reliable, and creative animator who can bring energy and style to our games. You’ll be responsible for creating fully custom animations for Roblox projects, working directly with our design and engineering teams to make sure every movement feels natural and matches the tone of our games. What You’ll Do: • Create high-quality custom animations for characters, tools, and gameplay systems • Work closely with the dev team to implement and refine animations in Roblox • Develop expressive, fun, and polished animation styles • Iterate quickly based on feedback • Maintain organized and optimized animation files Requirements: • Proven experience animating for Roblox (portfolio required) • Proficiency with Blender or compatible animation tools • All animations must be created from scratch (no AI use) • Strong understanding of timing, weight, and movement flow • Full-time availability and consistent communication Bonus Points: • Experience on large Roblox or multiplayer projects • Knowledge of rigging or scripting in Roblox Studio • Creative ideas for emotes, idle animations, and cinematic moments Why Join CayPlay: Your work will be seen by millions of players.
